The 30-day Foundations Program is designed to take the guesswork out of getting started with healthy fitness habits in a safe and sustainable way. Coaching sessions help you identify your true motivation, the resistance workouts help you build the foundation of quality movement, strength and focus you need.
Whether you have been working out for years, need motivation to get started again, or are new to this health and fitness journey, the Foundations Program will help you build a solid foundation from which to thrive.
Simple, accessible, and effective, the program will help you set or revisit the foundational strength and habits you need to be successful in achieving long term health gains.

Live Coaching.
The foundations program provides you with two live 1:1 video coaching sessions. One focused on goal setting session at the outset, and a check in at the end of 30 days to help assess and prioritize your goals going forward.
Enrollment is limited to ensure each person receives the coaching and community they need.

Do anywhere workouts.
All workouts are designed to use minimal, inexpensive equipment that does not take up much space. Based around resistance bands and resistance loops, you will be able to take your workouts on the road!

Achievable components.
Foundations is designed with busy women in mind. The workout format includes 3 days pre-programmed resistance workouts provided with instructional videos, and 3 days of cardio of your preference. Habit coaching will be based on helping you establish or strengthen healthy nutrition and health habits.
